Proudly Australian owned and operated for over 15 years, RDM Group manufacture all their products on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

Our staff are the most important asset to the business, for without them we wouldn’t exist.
That’s why we also focus on developing either through apprenticeships, territory qualifications and training/upskilling of our staff via external/internal courses across software and systems, manufacturing processes and workshops where we feel value can be added.

We show the company’s appreciation of all our team members by holding Monthly Staff Lunches, Birthday Acknowledgements, Work Anniversaries and staff functions.
